| Welcome to our website. The goal of The Clean Up Your Act Campaign is to draw attention to landlords in Ontario that are not maintaining their properties in good condition. Whether the poor conditions are caused by a pest problem, poor maintanence, lack of security/poor safety, poor property management, or anything else within the property owners/managements control, we want to hear from you. |

- Very unprofessional and uncaring office management/staff.
- Uncontrolled cockroach & bedbug infestations.
- Problems at some locations to get garbage taken away from building.
- Reports of sewage backing up in some town-houses.
- Leaks and mold reported at several locations.
- Lack of security at some properties in higher-crime-rate areas.
- Elevators are constantly breaking down.
- Uneven heat supply through buildings.
- Very little heat in some units.
- Condensation build-up on windows and doors.
- Poorly sealed doors and windows allow wind to blow through.
